Non Certified Site Plans

An unlicensed individual or a company can create a non-certified site plan without visiting your site. These site plans are created using public record GIS (Geographical Information System) lot lines, latitude, longitude, and satellite imagery. We make no representation regarding the accuracy of these public records. 

A certified site plan is prepared by and stamped by an architect, engineer, or surveyor and requires a high level of accuracy. This degree of accuracy will require a visit to your site and may be very expensive.

We use GIS and Satellite imagery to create these plans, which include:

• GIS property lines
• Primary structure roof lines
• Measurements between major features
  Lot dimensions
• North arrow & scale

We develop our site plans with these three steps:

1. Map out the property boundaries and dimensions of your lot
2. Determine the location and dimensions of all structures and other physical features to include on the site plan
3. Draw the site plan to scale to ensure proportionality and accuracy
